Protective Safety glasses or masks must be worn by operators where there is a possibility of injury.

Maximum Safety R.P.M.

Keep the safety operation speed of machines. Do not exceed maximum operation speed of 1000m/min under the dry condition and 1400m/min under the wet condition.

Contact Pressure

Avoid excessive brush pressure against the work. For most efficient operation, it is recommended that the brush contact should be 2mm to 3mm depth, and up to 20mm in lower brush density.

Heat Control Measures

Provide proper heat controlling measures under the dry condition.
